Delegation Leadership Retreat
DLR is a leadership training conference, where Presiding Officers and Delegation Leaders come together to plan for the upcoming program year. Volunteers help with supervision, but can also lead a session on recruitment, fundraising, DIG, etc., if interested. We are also searching for volunteers to ride the charter buses to provide supervision there. Meals and lodging in rustic cabins is included, along with camp activities (archery, climbing wall, games, swimming, etc.).
Fall Conferences
Fall Conferences help prepare our high school students for the upcoming program year. Alumni help with supervision, teaching students about program areas, set-up and tear-down. Each conference takes place from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm and lunch is included. Information will be sent following submission of the intent form above.
Middle School Conferences
Middle School Conferences are for students from 6th - 8th grade to get the YMCA MYIG experience. Alumni will help with supervision, mentoring students, run program areas, set-up, tear-down, and evening fun activities. Alumni also collect change for change wars and run a MYIG swag sales table. A pre-conference Zoom training is required. All meals and accommodations are included. Information will be sent following submission of the intent form above.
High School Conferences
